Social Responsibility Projects

 

Our purpose is to use all our resources for the sake of all humanity. Some of our social responsibility projects are given below.

SCHOLARSHIP FOR SUCCESSFUL STUDENTS

A limited number of applicants from the different parts of Ethiopia are selected and given scholarship which covers education, accommodation and food. Selected students live in a modern hostel where evening study times are arranged and accompanied by supervisors and teachers.

Scholarship program is provided only for preparatory class (grade 11 and 12) students.

PROVISION OF HEALTHY DRINKING WATER FOR THE PUBLIC

In order to provide clean drinking water to the public, a borehole and water well are opened in the school compound. Hundreds of people are given clean water every day.

TURKISH DOCTORS IN ETHIOPIA

Volunteer doctors from Turkey are invited to Ethiopia to treat people in need in different regions. They provide free check-up and surgery as well. All the students and parents of the school are given chance to be examined by the Turkish doctors too.

HUMANITARIAN AID FOR THE POOR AND ORPHANS

Taking care of the others is one of our policies. Therefore, we help distribution of food packages and meat to the poor and orphans. Religious festivals, important days, holidays are used by international relief organizations to achieve above goal.

Teachers and students from our schools help international relief organizations such as “Kimse Yok mu” (Is Anybody There) of Turkey to facilitate their aid programs.
